MARKETPLACE VENDOR ORDER:
LIBERTY ROAD DELIVERABLES:
Brand Acknowledgment: Your logo on the summit brochure, website, social media, and promotional emails.
Goody Bag Submission: You can submit a product or discount card with no additional submission fee.
1, 6 ft. table with white tablecloth, and a framed logo will be supplied to all vendors and/or activations.
1 Event Ticket. The vendor can purchase additional tickets for staff or plus-ones at a discounted rate of $195.
Social Mentions: At least one social mention across Instagram reels, feed, and story.
Liberty Road does not take a commission fee or percentage of sale for sales conducted at the summit. Vendors keep 100% of proceeds.
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:
Vendors must arrive at the venue no later than 11:45 am on September 25 to set up. 1700 Naud St Unit C, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
No additional tables, chairs, racks, shelves, display units, branded signage of any kind, or furniture is permitted.
Vendors are required to stay for the duration of the event, 1:00-8:30 pm PST.
Vendors are invited to participate in mainstage panels, breakout sessions, and dinner, but must be at their vendor tables for Doors Open (12:30-1:00), Snack and Shop (3:30-4:15), and Sip and Shop (6:00-6:45) breaks. *Times may shift due to the day of schedule changes.
Vendors are responsible for processing their own sales and providing customer shopping bags if necessary for purchase.
Vendors are responsible for breakdown and clean up after the final cocktail hour. Moving inventory back to cars must be completed after dinner so as not to disrupt the dinner program.
Parking is available. There is a parking lot next door to The Revery that charges between $12-$20, depending on the day and time.
You can pull your car up to the front door of The Revery for a five-minute unload. Please note that others will also be unloading, so limit your unloading to 5 minutes.
